Appartamento zona alta del paese di Punat, in condominio all'ultimo piano di 2 piani con vista magnifica sul mare e sul tramonto. Nuovo,ristrutturato,elegante ed accogliente. Dotato di beni di prima necessità. 2 bei bagni uno con ampia doccia l'altro con vasca. Due bei balconi arredati con poltroncine. Parcheggio di pertinenza gratuito.
− Mancanza della lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Metterei un tavolo sul poggiolo per mangiare all'esterno. Metterei più prese in cucina visti i molteplici elettrodomestici

Die Größe und die Lage des Apartments waren hervorragend. Das Apartment verfügt über ein großes Badezimmer sowie eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete Küche. Ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Von beiden Balkonen genießt man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und gab uns hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt.
− Nichts was erwähnenswert wäre.

Sehr schöne wohnung Balkon mit meerblick .Betten sind super .2 Badezimmer ist echter luxus.Vermieter ist ein sehr netter Mann hat uns alles erklärt und gesagt wo man gut essen kann .Danke war wieder ein schöner Urlaub.

Die Unterkunft besticht durch eine schöne Terrasse und die sehr gute Lage ins Stadtzentrum. Es ist alles dort, was man benötigt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
