4.0مكان الإقامة يتميز بموقع ممتاز، والإفطار كان جميلًا ومتنوّعًا.
− تعامل بعض الموظفين لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب، كما أن الفندق يفتقر إلى الصيانة. كانت المياه غير نظيفة، ونظام التهوية (المكيّف والمدفأة) لا يعمل، مما تسبب في شعور بالكتمة داخل الغرفة لعدم وجود تهوية أو نوافذ. إضافة إلى ذلك، الأثاث بحاجة إلى تغيير وتجديد، كما أن الفرش لم يكن نظيفًا بالمستوى المطلوب.
