Diante da ausência de resposta, entrei em contato com o condomínio informado no anúncio e fui comunicada de que a locação não procede conforme divulgado. O check-in estava previsto para o dia seguinte e, até o momento desta avaliação, não recebi suporte efetivo da plataforma, o que resultou em grande transtorno e perda das férias da minha família. Registro esta avaliação para relatar minha experiência e aguardo uma solução adequada.
