10.0Staff exceeding helpful to foreigners and provides assistance beyond their duties; assisting even with museum bookings. Love the comfortable bed and pillows. Simple breakfast more than sufficient for my requirements. Thank you.

− Room is small and not clean, the whole facility is a mess, bottles and bedsheets all over the hallways. Toilet and shower are not clean and tidy. I don’t know how u people rate this is 4 stars hotel?

− Close to Jiuzhaigou entry . 15-20 minutes walk next to the river. It also close to tour bus pick up and drop off point. We have three weeks holiday in China. So the washer and dryer is great for us
