It’s a nice enough apartment but things could be much better!
5.0It’s a most beautiful apartment in a nice period building. Close to the Crystal Palace!
− Although we booked the place for 6 people, only 4 could sleep comfortably as the sofa bed is too small for 2 adults! Still we paid the full price! A new mattress would be great as one could feel the springs almost coming through the mattress !

− The entrance to the building was a bit grotty and had a damp smell but once you entered the apartment it was fine
It was just adequate but we won't be coming again.
4.0The place was roomy and bright and not far from the bus stop to crystal palace train station.
− The flat would have been a lot better with some attention paid to the place. The rug and sofa are stained, the table top had not been wiped clean, there are no decorations on the walls which have holes in them in places. The kitchen was clean but lacking in utensils. There was no coffee maker, no broom, no vacuum cleaner. A washing machine, but no clothes drying rack. The bathroom was clean but the loo seat was not screwed on properly. One of the beds sagged. The neighbours below us were having loud arguments till the early hours of the morning

− Living room functional but sofa not that comfy, echo in the room, just needs a little more furnishings
