7.0The apartment is ok, not really like in the images where it looks brand new.
− The communication with the owner is bad and it is responding only when you need to pay the city tax, in plus I need to pay twice because the fee was increased by the national council one month before my arrival.
Solide Wohnung mit perfekter (!) Lage
8.0Die Lage war super! Es gab in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage und die Küche war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (nur Frühstück zubereitet) ausreichend ausgestattet. Die gesamte Wohnung war hübsch und modern eingerichtet und der wenige Platz wurde gut ausgenutzt!
− Leider fehlten an der ein oder anderen Stelle die kleinen Details: eine Garderobe; vielleicht ein Schuhregal; Ablagefläche, Duschregal und Haken für Handtücher im Badezimmer… Die Handtücher wiesen hier und da Flecken auf. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen relativ eng und etwas hellhörig. Man sollte sich schon gut kennen :D

− Manque d’équipements, aucun rangement dans la salle de bain, un jeu de clés ne fonctionne pas (et ça fait longtemps au vu des commentaires précédents) Quartier moyen Aucune insonorisation , on entend tous les bruits!! Escaliers raides sans ascenseur pas facile avec des bagages

Właściciel miły, pomocny. Lokalizacja blisko metra do którego dojedzie się dosłownie wszędzie.

− Trochę brudno ale na pierwszy rzut oko nie widać.

4.0la doccia era confortevole
− Tutto trasandato piuttosto sporco , edificio vecchio con scale strettissime e alte , abbiamo chiuso la porta dall'esterno e lasciato un paio di chiavi all'interno , non siamo riusciti più ad aprire con l'altro paio , il proprietario non si è fatto vedere ma ha chiamato un "tecnico" che e' arrivato di lunedì sera alle 19:30, ha fatto leva alla porta e ha preteso €350!!!! (mezzo minuto di lavoro) ci siamo sentiti truffati da tutti
