Very impersonal one message before we arrived and one about when to leave. Customer Service very poor

− There was no handle for the grill The surface of the dressing table was coming away and my new foundation fell of it and the applicator got broken no shelf in bathroom it had been removed and marks left where it should have been only one key we were a family of five Windows wouldn’t stay open with the house being so warm no fans supplied

10.0Tolles, sauberes Haus, großzügig in den Räumlichkeiten und der Ausstattung. Lage super, direkt am Ring of Kerry und in Laufnähe zu dem wunderschönen Ort Kenmare. Zudem sehr nette Gastgeberin. Rundum zu empfehlen!

− Prullenbakje in badkamer werd gemist. Ik één badkamer was er steeds water op de vloer.
Perfect location for exploring Kenmare town and the wider area
8.0A lovely, spacious, well-equipped house in a fantastic location for exploring Kerry and Cork. The dishwasher was so appreciated!! And also the little snacks and tea bags and sundry bits of pantry items that we were glad to use. We didn't spend a huge amount of time in the house but we enjoyed sunny breakfasts on the bench in the little back garden. I was able to walk to Centra in about 10 minutes and to the middle of the town in another 10 minutes from there so it was very doable and it's all on the footpath apart from crossing the road a couple of times.
− There's nothing about this house that would stop me from coming back another time. We were very pleased! If I had to gripe about something I'd say the shower pressure isn't great in the main bathroom but that's a common problem in lots of places in Ireland.
