Localização ótima.Utensílios de cozinha. Eletrodomésticos. Tudo novo. Travessas, panelas, forma de pizza. Cozinha bem equipada. Jogo de louças completo. Toalhas e roupas de cama. Acessibilidade para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Vaga excelente. Fiz um jantarzinho de Natal sem dificuldades. Supermercado muito pertinho. Terminal de ônibus próximo.

Cama confortável. Roupa de cama e banho limpa e agradável. Tinha tudo que precisamos para fazer as refeições. Apartamento claro e agradável.

− A limpeza dos utensílios da cozinha deixou a desejar. Tinham copos, xícara e panelas mal lavadas. Tudo que usamos precisamos lavar antes de usar. Só deixo o comentário como melhoria pois não nos impediu de utilizar a cozinha que aliás é muito bem equipada.

Localização excelente, 150 metros da Vila Germânica. Apartamento equipado, limpo, confortável, condomínio seguro, garagem privativa. Para um casal, é uma hospedagem perfeita.
