10.0The apartment exceeded our expectations, and we'd happily return! We were impressed by its cleanliness, superb location, and the quality of its amenities. The use of expensive, high-quality materials in the decor made us feel at home. The owner was delightful; he warmly welcomed us and left us a pleasant gift. Moreover, he fulfilled our request for a baby cot and high chair, which greatly facilitated our stay in Florence. We sincerely recommend this apartment❤️

10.0Central location with the walking distance to all the top Florence sights. The apartment has perfect living conditions, very clean and quite comfortable for 3 people.

9.0Borgo Central Apartment is a positive surprise. Recently renovated, it scores with modern equipment and comfort. The location close to the center is also a plus point, the apartment is courtyard side and therefore not affected by the nightlife. I can only recommend this location without hesitation.
So far, my best experience in Florence
10.0It was my third time in Florence and this place was so much better than my previous stays. The apartment is quite spacious and was completely renovated just recently. It has good furniture and a decent kitchen. Everything was squeaky clean. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioner is well capable of handling that Italian heat (it was 38°C on some days). It is located really well. It's 5 minutes away from the dense tourist streams, which helps the noise levels at night. Yet, you can reach all the important sights and museums just in a couple of minutes by foot. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and reacts promptly.
− I am whining at a high level: The house does not have an elevator. That was not a problem for me at all, and the apartment is just on the 2nd floor. The Internet is very fast, but please try connecting to the 5 GHz WiFi band, because the 2,4 GHz band is crowded by neighbours and this can cause some stuttering at night.
