Amazingly located, roomy apartment let down by the cleaning level.
6.0Excellent location, and great view of the sea from the balcony. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Apartment had a nice amount of space and good layout. Would have been perfect for a family of 4. There was a nice pool and parking. Smart TV in the living room.
− The level of cleanliness was not up to standard. The kitchen surfaces and fridge shelves were sticky. We ended up buying some cleaning products to give it a clean. The floor tiles were also tacky; either from dirt or a subpar cleaning product. Either way it din't feel nice underfoot. The shower curtain in the bathroom was mouldy... Considering that you pay a cleaning fee on the invoice, it shouldn't be this way. The kitchen was a bit lacking in kitchenware, for example no dishcloths to dry with. The bed and sofas were OK, could be better but probably in line with what we paid for. The place has a lot of potential and is probably in line with the money spent, but a few low cost decisions from the owners could have really elevated it. We ignored the cleaning issue reported by other reviews but turns out it was true. If you can bear that then the location and price makes up for it.
Pleasant with minor things. The view made up for it. Still our room had bed bugs.
6.0staff were super friendly the view was amazing
− the bed had bed bugs i woke up with bites. the receptionist made me book our pick up and coordinated it with me i submitted our flight number but we ended up having no service at the airport for pick up. Staff are very unorganized. So make sure you plan your own transport. We had to leave at 7am for our flight, noone was there for the check out reception was locked, she also didn’t pick up when I called her. I had the leave the key in our room. All in all location was TOP NOTCH! it’s just SUPER steep up hill walking to the hotel NOT ADVISABLE families with little ones OR elderly. They had a bar but didn’t serve any food. For roomservice we had to ask, the room lacked tissue paper, you also had to ask.
