Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but improving communication and customer service would make the experience even b
6.0Overall: Clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay. Pros: * Clean and well-maintained rooms. * Good overall experience. Areas for Improvement: * Check-in: The entrance and reception location were not clearly explained. We spent around 30 minutes trying to find the hotel before calling reception. Clear arrival instructions would be very helpful. * Payment: The amount charged to my credit card was higher than the booking amount due to bank-related charges. I don’t mind paying the charges, but guests should be informed in advance. * Customer Service: I requested a late check-out of only 30 minutes, but the response was quite rude. Even if the request cannot be approved, a polite and professional response would leave a much better impression. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but improving communication and customer service would make the experience even better.

10.0Отличный выбор. Комфортабельный и чистый отель в центре города, расположенный на седьмом этаже. Находится на торговой улице с множеством ресторанов и небольших магазинов, что позволяет окунуться в аутентичную местную атмосферу. Просторный номер, оборудованный всем необходимым. Удобная кровать. Завтрак в отеле Holiday Inn (расположенном в том же здании, не нужно никуда выходить) разнообразный и обильный. И самое главное, обслуживание персонала превосходное. Всегда с улыбкой и готовностью помочь. Большое спасибо!
