9.0La ubicación. La limpieza. La zona de la alberca es muy agradable. El lugar es muy acogedor.. Las instalaciones se ven nuevas.
− Las camas son muy altas. Falta algo de mobiliario e implementos en las habitaciones, por ejemplo: una cómoda, una silla, un basurero en la habitación, un toallero para la toalla de las manos, cortina en los baños..

We had a good experience at this place, but feel it was overpriced.
7.0We enjoyed the location and the facility was clean and in good shape. The staff was very nice, patient and helpful. The staff was very helpful and informative about the cave of swallow...we decided not to wake up early to take a chance in the cloudy rainy weather to see the birds. The birds flew right over the hotel and the staff came to get us so we could watch! There was an outdoor, covered kitchen area with breakfast pastries, coffee, etc.
− No soap was provided. The WIFI did not work in our room. I was trying to work and had to walk up to the front desk to use the WIFI. This was frustrating.
