1.0Nulla una struttura posta sopra ad un ristorante con odore non gradevole nei corridoi.
− Pulizia davvero pessima, ci siamo lamentati inviando le foto di quello che c’era, sono stati gentili nel cambiarci la camera ma non è possibile a 120€ una struttura di questo tipo.

7.0Gli spazi degli alloggi sono molto grandi e comodi. Proprio attaccato c'è il ristorante omonimo ed è una cosa molto utile per chi vuole mangiare bene e non spendere troppo. Il prezzo degli alloggi era molto vantaggioso per il periodo di ferragosto.
− Ho prenotato 2 appartamenti per 6 persone per una notte. Come posizione sicuramente comoda, ma non esiste una reception quindi siamo stati "accolti" da un cameriere che lavora al ristorante omonimo. Trattandosi di una persona che fa un altro mestiere, nessuno ci ha chiesto nome di prenotazione, documenti ecc. E infatti credo che ci abbiamo dato gli appartamenti un po' alla meglio, senza nemmeno controllare cosa avessi prenotato. Sarebbero dovuti essere 2 appartamenti da 3 persone ognuno, con 2 bagni in ognuno. Alla fine ci hanno divise in una camera da due persone ( non c'era ne cucina ne una sorta di salotto ) con 1 bagno e un appartamento da 4 persone. Prima del giorno di arrivo, ho chiesto se avremmo trovato dei phon all'interno degli appartamenti e mi è stato risposto che non ne avevano, ma che tutto il resto, quindi lenzuola e asciugamani era compreso. Una volta arrivate abbiamo notato che invece i phon c'erano, ma mancavano sia asciugamani che carta igienica. Siamo riuscite a farci dare il necessario da una cameriera, ma chiaramente aveva altro a cui pensare. Trovo che questo mix di strutture renda le cose confusionarie, sarebbe il caso di scindere il personale delle due attività in modo da seguire bene entrambe. Il potenziale c'è, ma serve di più

5.0Nulla in particolare,anche perché ci aspettavamo un appartamento e invece ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza con bagno privato.
− L’accoglienza è stata praticamente inesistente,ci hanno semplicemente aperto la stanza e nel bagno non abbiamo trovato nemmeno un banale kit di cortesia per gli ospiti! La stanza era piena di muffa e quando siamo arrivati l’odore era insopportabile
