The location is excellent, with easy access to the town, local attractions, and beautiful walks nearby. The property is very well equipped with great facilities, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. We travelled with 9 Adults, 3 Teenagers, 1 Child and 3 small dogs. One of the highlights for us was the secure, gated outdoor area, which was perfect for our dogs and gave us complete peace of mind. Cyclists will also appreciate the secure shed for storing bikes safely. We were also delighted to receive a lovely welcome gift basket on arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. There was also a great supply of amenities - soap, toilet roll, cleaning products, milk, salt, cooking oil etc.

− While we had an enjoyable stay overall, there were a few areas that could be improved. The beds were softer than we would have liked, which may not suit everyone's preference. We also found that the soundproofing between rooms could be better, as noise from neighbouring rooms and upstairs could be heard quite clearly at times. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was non existent, I received no reply and there was some confusion regarding breakfast. No breakfast was provided, which may have been in line with the booking, but we couldn't find clear information beforehand about whether it was included or not. Fortunately, we had brought our own supplies, so it wasn't a major issue. The property was generally clean and well maintained, but there were quite a few cobwebs and a few areas that could have benefited from a more thorough clean. It wasn't enough to detract from our overall experience, but it was noticeable. We also felt that having a cordless vacuum cleaner and a mop available for guests would have been helpful, particularly for longer stays. Another area for improvement would be the bedroom window coverings. The curtains were very light and allowed a significant amount of light into the rooms. With streetlights directly outside and early morning daylight from around 5am, the bedrooms became very bright very early. Blackout blinds or heavier curtains would make a big difference to comfort and sleep quality. These were relatively minor issues, and they did not outweigh the many positives of the property, but addressing them would make an already good stay even better.

Could not fault it. It was perfect. So well equipped and very homely. All bedrooms ensuite was amazing. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. And an added bonus was a fabulous welcome basket. Will definitely be back. Right across from the pub, restaurant, and coffee shops

The location and the harbour views were lovely. Pub nearby was excellent for food and drinks. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed as a family group, was amazing for everyone. Thank you very much, we will definitely be booking again!
