8.0Appartement dans un quartier calme a cala figuera. Possibilité de se garer facilement dans la rue. 2 superettes a côté. Machine a laver disponible dans la résidence. 30 mn autour du logement plein de criques sympa dont une très belle a 1O mn en voiture. Loueur de vélo ds la ville. Logement très propre climatisé avec deux chambres . Logement a recommander sans hésitation. Pas de contact physique avec le propriétaire. Gestion facile pour disposer des clés. Plus de l appartement numéro 2 une belle terrasse avec table au 1 er étage

9.0El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y bien equipado. Lo único que nos quedamos una noche, con lo cual no pudimos darle mucho uso a la cocina. Tenía aire acondicionado que se agradece en los días de calor. Zona tranquila con supermercados cerca. Recomendable
− No conseguimos parar el ventilador de techo que sacaba un poco de ruido.
Ubicación estrategica
7.0La ubicación es genial, porque esta cerca de las calas mas lindas.
− En general, el departamento estuvo bien, pero lamentablemente mi experiencia se vio muy afectada por un problema importante: durante los cuatro días de la estancia el Wi-Fi nunca funcionó. Me comuniqué con el propietario en varias ocasiones. Aunque finalmente respondía, las respuestas no eran rápidas y cada día me indicaba que al día siguiente iría un técnico a solucionarlo. Sin embargo, al regresar al alojamiento el Wi-Fi seguía sin funcionar y el problema nunca se resolvió durante toda nuestra estancia. Hoy en día, disponer de una conexión a internet funcional es un servicio básico que muchos huéspedes necesitamos, ya sea por trabajo o para planificacion del viaje o rutas para recorrer Mallorca. Considero que este inconveniente debería haberse solucionado o, al menos, haberse ofrecido una alternativa. Espero que lo reparen para futuros huéspedes.
