Other than the check in incident, everything else is okay.
8.0Location
− The check in process was a nightmare. We were given a wrong room number, kept getting error messages when we entered the code, sent text messages to property manager and got no response. We were in a panic as it’s late in the evening. Finally four Dutch gentlemen showed up and told us that’s their room (we, three ladies tried to open their door)!!! We had trouble with the US phone to call the manager, fortunately one of the four was able to call and finally resolved the issue. Our correct room is one level above. Talked about the frustration we had arrived late on a weekend before national holiday , first time to Greenland, couldn’t get into the room, had no hope that we could get any help at all.

− Estuvimos 3 noches que pagamos 340€ la noche… es decir más de 1000 € las tres noches… el check out era a las 10 de la mañana y pedimos quedarnos hasta las 12 porque nuestro avión era muy tarde, y tuvimos que pagar el late check out… ni siquiera nos dieron 1 hora gratis de cortesía !

− Rúmið hefði mátt vera með aðgengi frá báðum hliðum og smá náttborð a hvora hlið. Mikil reykingarlykt á gangi fyrir utan íbúð en ekki inni í íbúðinni.
