Caracterul si atitudinea proprietarului sunt jalnice.

− Atitudinea proprietarului care are 0 respect pentru clienti. Conditia de a fi cazat la locatie fara a-ti fi perceputa taxa de "nesimtire", este sa te cazezi in intervalul orar 12:00-15:00. Altfel, vei achita o taxa de la 35 de lei pt checkin. Taxa reprezinta ca tu, clientul, sa ii platesti combistibilul pt ca s-a deplasat sa iti deschida poarta dupa intervalul mai sus mentionat (acestea au fost cuvintele lui). Cu toate ca in jurul orei 12:00 am anuntat printr-un mesaj ca la ora 15 abia termin programul de munca si voi ajunge mai tarziu, logic...cand am ajuns la locatie, conditia de a prelua casuta a fost de a achita acea taxa de 35 de lei. Taxa pe care el o stabileste dupa bunul plac, asa cum a precizat chiar el... cuvintele lui. Inteleg sa fie taxa pt SPA, sala de fitness, piscina, etc... dar nu pt combustibil. Cand am facut rezervarea nu am mentionat ca decontez si alte cheltuieli personale ale proprietarului. Dar pentru ca ne-a tratat de parca am fi fost niste coate-goale, am ales sa renuntam la cazare si sa plecam desi achitasem integral in avans. Una din replicile lui a fost: ramaneti sau plecati? Mie oricum nu mi-ati platit nimic, ci la Booking... stiind ca banii vor ajunge oricum la el. De aici trageti voi concluziile....Am trimis e-mail catre Booking pt anularea rezervarii si restituirea banilor, insa raspunsul proprietarului a fost negativ, evident. Am preferat sa renunt la bani, decat sa stau intr-un loc unde nesimtirea este la cote maxime. Bine ca nu am fost cu suv-ul, altfel cine stie ce taxa mi-ar fi impus. Povestea este mai lunga...
Lugar bonito.

7.0I liked how the garden looked and that you can make a barbecue, play table tennis or take a swim in their pool.
− The small cabanas had no windows or ventilation , therefore during day the atmosphere inside was just like a sauna. They offer us a ventilator as we could not sleep. Other then that they were very welcoming . TV
