OSZUSTWO I KRADZIEŻ DEPOZYTU! STAY AWAY / SCAM!
1.0Lokalizacja obiektu była dobra, a sam apartament był czysty i odpowiednio wyposażony.
− BEZPRAWNE PRZYWŁASZCZENIE PIENIĘDZY I FINANSOWE OSZUSTWO! Hotel po wymeldowaniu przysłał oficjalne, pisemne potwierdzenie, że apartament oddano w stanie nienaruszonym i kaucja 100 EUR została w całości zwolniona. Gdy po kilkunastu dniach zacząłem upominać się o brak środków na koncie, obiekt przez dwa dni ignorował wiadomości, po czym bezczelnie ukradł z depozytu kwotę 80 EUR pod całkowicie zmyślonym, absurdalnym zarzutem. Oddano mi zaledwie ułamek kwoty (ok. 20 EUR). Obiekt bezprawnie zmienił przeznaczenie kaucji i potajemnie wykorzystał dane mojej karty płatniczej do ściągnięcia fikcyjnej kary poza oficjalnym systemem rozliczeniowym Booking.com. To ordynarne wyłudzenie pieniędzy od gościa. Sprawa została natychmiast zgłoszona jako oszustwo do mojego banku (procedura Chargeback) oraz do działu prawnego i bezpieczeństwa Booking.com. Trzymajcie się od tego miejsca z daleka, jeśli nie chcecie zostać okradzeni! ILLEGAL APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND FINANCIAL FRAUD! After checkout, the hotel sent an official, written confirmation stating that the apartment was returned undamaged and the 100 EUR deposit was fully released. When I began asking about the missing funds a couple of weeks later, the property ignored my messages for two days, and then brazenly stole 80 EUR from the deposit under a completely fabricated, absurd accusation. They returned only a tiny fraction of the amount (approx. 20 EUR). The property illegally changed the purpose of the damage deposit and secretly used my payment card details to process a fictitious penalty charge outside the official Booking.com billing system. This is a blatant extortion of money from a guest. The matter was immediately reported as fraud to my bank (Chargeback procedure) and to the Booking.com legal and security department. Stay far away from this place if you do not want to be robbed!
