Ótimo custo benefício perto da estação de trem

Apartamento parece recém reformado, grande , ótimo para minha família de 5 pessoas. Chuveiro bom, camas confortáveis. Não cheguei a usar a cozinha mas parece bem completa para curta estadia. A localização é bem perto do estação de trem, cerca de 7 minutos andando. Deixaram balinhas de limão. A máquina de lavar roupa ajudou bastante , tem um varal para pendurar.

− O prédio é bem antigo, então a entrada não é muito bonita, é um pouco assustador. Acho que se conseguisse fazer uma reforma no hall de entrada e escadaria ficaria muito bom. Só precisa melhorar a limpeza do box, cantos bem sujos.

We had a great stay here, the aparment was exactly as described, clean and large rooms, well equipped kitchen

The apartment was clean and as described. Everything was working fine

− Nothing really. The only negative side was about the transportation system of Florence was not apparently integrated into google maps, hence we had to walk to / from the apartment each time (20-30mins each direction). But obviously this has nothing to do with the apartment itself

Comfy and clean. Was advertised as 2 bedrooms, but there is not much privacy between the living room (one bedroom) and the actual bedroom. Otherwise, very pleasant. Strong air conditioning

Convenient location (we took the tram directly from the airport to the apartment door), friendly owner, and the apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay with children. The city center is a 10-15-minute walk away. Highly recommended for exploring Florence.
