Estancia muy decepcionante
4.0Ubicación de lujo, a pasos de la mejor playa, restaurantes, orilla de mar. El lugar es bonito. La cama es comoda. Desayuno rico, pero demasiado poco.
− Debo valorar en general la experiencia en la suite con piscina: El precio es ridiculo, y esperaba un lugar muchisimo mas ordenado, limpio. Por el precio llegas a una pieza que tiene un exterior casi triste, cortinas viejas, baño viejo, la puerta a la terraza no cerraba bien, tenia muchos detalles y cosas rotas, abajo de la terraza había gatos recien nacidos, por lo que habia animales muertos en la terraza, pelos, pulgas. El personal era adecuado pero algo apático. El desayuno, considerando el precio de nuestra pieza, era ridiculo: Elegir yogurt O cereales....jugo en caja. En suma: Lugar en ubicación increible, pero precios ridiculos. Si va, vaya a las habitaciones normales y no pierda su plata pagando la suite con piscina privada.
Idyllisch und toll gelegen
10.0Das Hotel ist architektonisch eine Augenweide, eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Umgebung, liegt direkt an einem tollen Strand an der Admiralty Bay und verfügt sogar über einen eigenen kleinen Bootsanleger. Das Plantation befindet sich am Belmont Walkway, der zwischen dem Hafen, dem Ort und dem Princess-Margaret-Trail entlang führt. Wir hatten eine Gartenvilla in 2. Reihe, so unglaublich geräumig, komfortabel, schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf blühende Büsche und das Meer!!! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams an der Rezeption und am Beach. Die Anlage liegt absolut ruhig und dennoch mitten im Leben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!!!!
− Das Frühstücksbuffet bot wenig Abwechslung, an Obst oft „nur“ kleine Eckchen Wassermelone, Joghurt gab es nur an den ersten 3 Tagen. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert sind die Eierspeisen, die man zum Frühstück bestellen konnte und auch abends haben wir sehr lecker gegessen.

− Malgré un séjour de 4 nuits à un tarif élevé, nous n’avons ressenti aucune attention particulière : longue attente à l’arrivée pour obtenir notre chambre, absence de service (piscine, restaurant, hôtel), changement de chambre le deuxième jour avec plusieurs heures d’attente, personnel peu aimable et un sentiment général d’absence totale de gestion sur place. Lorsque nous avons souhaité prolonger d’une cinquième nuit, un tarif exorbitant nous a été proposé, ce qui nous a conduits à partir pour l’hôtel voisin, où l’accueil a été bien plus chaleureux. Très décevant pour un établissement de ce standing.
