− Das Haus (Wohnung) ist auf 5 Ebenen verteilt, worauf in der Beschreibung leider nicht hingewiesen ist. Viele Stufen... Ein schrecklicher Eingang, man muss durch einen zugestellten Fahrrad/Abstellraum gehen, bis man zu der ersten steilen Treppe kommt, zu der man in die Wohnung gelangt. Der überdachte Terrasse/Balkon ist winzig klein, mit keinerlei schöner Aussicht. Man blickt auf eine Hauswand. Es fehlen Rauchmelder...
