− Las fotos dan una perspectiva de la propiedad pero no lo son todo,, el baño estaba goteando,, el ruido externo de otros huéspedes sin reglas, no hay reglas de convivencia lo que hace que los otros huéspedes se comporten sin control, ruido hasta altas horas de la noche, o a horas de madrugada, no hay parqueo, el barrio luce sucio , es retirado y peligros . Nos tocó esperara 15 minutos a que abrieran el hotel . Pésima experiencia .

The only positive aspect was that the place was quiet.

− This hostel was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. We encountered so many issues that it's difficult to summarize them all in a single review. To begin with, the property does not clearly disclose on the Booking.com listing that it charges an additional 8% fee for payments made by debit or credit card. This information is only presented after the reservation has been completed, which is misleading and highly inappropriate. We brought U.S. dollars with us, and our room was cleaned on the third day of our stay. The following day, we realized that $100 was missing. Since it was after 10:00 p.m. and we had already searched the entire room without finding the money, we decided to report the issue to the front desk the next morning. When we informed the receptionist, she told us that the room had been cleaned by someone other than the usual housekeeper and that she would check with the manager about what could be done. The manager's response was astonishing: because more than 48 hours had allegedly passed, they claimed there was nothing they could do except arrange a video call with the housekeeper—in Spanish, a language I do not speak. There was no investigation, no meaningful follow-up, and no genuine attempt to address the situation. I understand that they do not know us personally and cannot simply assume our claim is accurate, but we expected at least a professional conversation and some effort to investigate. I have never heard of a "48-hour rule" for reporting a theft from a hotel room. As if that were not enough, we also used the laundry service, and one of my shorts was returned with bleach stains. Their initial reaction was to blame us, only later admitting that the damage had been caused by their staff. Finally, the facilities were in poor condition. The bathroom door was broken, there wasn't a single hook to hang towels or clothing, and the breakfast was bland and disappointing.
