Ben arredato e pulito. Ottima posizione si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti in piazza o al campo da golf. Garage auto sotto il condominio. Disponibilitá e simpatia dell'host.

Great location and nice well appointed apartment. Size of apartment was good and certainly fine for us. I spotted a ski locker room in the lobby late in the week but not sure if it is available for this apartment to use. Host was helpful.

− The water heater in 2nd bedroom is noisy but you can switch it off so just need to plan when you want hot water. The lack of a curtain in that room is a pain and could so easily be fixed. We managed to jerry rig a sheet over it but it is awkward but seems daft not to resolve this.

The cleanliness and location balanced out the issues we encountered.

Place was very clean and in a good location. We had a car and the parking was great.

− The place as advertised an elevator, but we actually had walk up a long tunnel and to go up one flight of stairs to access the elevator. This was hard for my sister-in-law who is has arthritis. We had a hard time finding the place as there is no discernable street address. The host had to send us a picture. It also took us some time to figure out how to use the gate system for the parking as we don't read Italian. We rented the place for 4 people and there were only 2 glasses. It took the host a couple of days to give us 2 more glasses. The host nicely provided us with coffee pods; however, when we ran out, none of the grocery stores in Sestriere carried those pods. The expresso maker barley worked. The first night I took a cold shower. It was only after contacting the host the next day did we realize that the hot water heater was off. As this is a place with no onsite host, it would have been nice to have a notebook of helpful hints (in multiple languages) for guests.
