5.0− La informacion no estaba correcra segun la dueña el check out me sacaron antes de la hora provista en booking y q quienes dan el mantenimiento el barcon estaba asqueroso no estaban limpio y el piso adentro tampoco estaba limpio las sabanas y toallas si lo unico q tienen q mejorar es el horario y un poco la limpieza y una buena comunicacion todo lo otro esta bien

1.0− I couldn't stay. The apartament was given to somebody else. When I arrived at rhe place with my daughter and grandsons I was told by Lorena Ayala that the apt was already rented. I had a reservation that she confirmed a wk before. I called the same day telling her i was on my way, she confirmed again and when I arrived at the place she said the apt was already rented. I already place a complaint with you and still waiting for an answer. Im so dissapointed. I want to know what happened.
