Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und konnte gut deutsch. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alles ist zu fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Markt von Heviz, der Thermalsee, Parkplatz eine vielezahl von Restaurants, DM und andere Geschäfte. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug.
