9.0Buena ubicación, urbanización tranquila. El apartamento es pequenito pero tiene todo lo necesario.
− La cama hacia ruido al moverte.

7.0Posizione ottima, facilità parcheggio, spazio a disposizione.
− Macchina caffe a capsule, un motivo della scelta del Santandria appartamento, è scomparsa, la motivazione che sia stata rubata non è seria, poteva essere sostituita. Terrazza pulizia insufficiente, con formiche (ho dovuto comprare un insetticida), stendibiancheria sporchissimo. Climatizzazione non sufficiente, la camera rimane calda.
