− Boiler had no pressure so no central heating/ hot water available. Thankfully weather was mild otherwise we would have been even colder at night

Lovely and cozy place in a quiet yet central area.
9.0Cute and cozy apartment in a great location, close to public transport. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. The area is quiet and feels very safe. It was our first time in London, and staying here really helped us form a very positive impression of the city.
− The neighbours could occasionally be heard going up and down the stairs, as the sound insulation between the apartment and the corridor is not very good (but it was not so often)

9.0Lovely and roomy apartment in a great and quiet neighborhood. It was practical that we could easily do the laundry. Quite comfy bed and good kitchen with all the necessary tools.
− Figuring out the water temperature in the shower took some time and the neighbours could occasionally be heard.
