Schönes Apartment mit super Lage.
8.0Super zentrale Lage. Die Tramhaltestelle und der Frierichshainpark ist quasi um die Ecke. Da es sehr war war, fanden wir die angebrachten Rollos sehr gut und auch die aufgestellten Ventilatoren. Der Geschirrspüler hätte wesentlich kleiner sein können, da nicht mal ansatzweise so viel Geschirr da war um ihn vollzukriegen. Super war die vorhandene Waschmaschine. Bereitgestelltes Duschgel und Seifen war sehr gut. Auf dem Innenhof gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz.
− Es gab keinen Kinderhochstuhl (wussten wir, da vorher gefragt) und die Matratze des Schlafsofas war sehr durchgelegen und es quietschte furchtbar laut. Im Bad gab es leider keine Haken für Handtücher und die Klobrille war sehr lose.

− Being the last floor, in the summer it will get really hot during day. The appartment is provided with fans, but airco would be nice.
Quiet and comfy apartment near Mitte and Prenzlauerberg. Well connected to public transport. Ideal for families.
7.0I liked mainly the views, the quiet building and neighborhood. The apartment was well equipped for a family stay. I also valued the proximity to Mitte and other centric neighborhoods.
− I did not like that it got too hot at night and there weren’t fans on ceiling or air conditioning. We had instead fans at floor level. Maybe this could be upgraded.

10.0Ganz tolle Wohnung! Es hat sich einfach Zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist top!!! Man hat alles was man braucht 👍🏻
− Es war bereits sehr warm in die Wohnung, auch wenn draußen kühl war. Wir waren in Berlin in mis June, wann es kühl und regnerisch war. Also es ist schwierig zu vorhersehen wie wird es in richtiger Sommer.
