− Intentan cobrarte daños preexistentes. No había microondas, solo un calentador de agua que estaba quemado el fondo, posiblemente por calentar leche anteriores clientes, y nos reclamaron 20 € acusándonos a nosotros de ello que ni lo usamos al ver su estado al llegar.
