− Brudno, niehigienicznie , nieprzyjemny zapach, brudne zlewy natryski ,podłogi ,śmierdzące ręczniki, toaletaz nieprzyjemnym zapachem nie odkażona ślady rdzy na blatach zlewu brudne lustra zagrzybiony prysznic i wąż prysznicowy dzieci biegające po korytarzach i pukające do drzwi pokojowych za ścianą głośne krzyki dzieci kolonie muzyka

3.0− Ośrodek równocześnie przyjmuje grupy kolonijne. Brak osobnej sali dla klientów indywidualnych. Godziny śniadań wspólne dla wszystkich. W efekcie tłok przy szwedzkim stole i co oczywiste, gwar i hałas. Poszczególne pokoje oddzielone cienkimi ściankami działowymi, prawdopodobnie z płyt OSB. W efekcie dokładnie słychać każde słowo i każdy dźwięk w pokoju obok.
