Good localisation

− The AC was too strong, we were cold at night. The room is poorly soundproofed, we could hear everything that was going on in the street

8.0My overall stay was wonderful. The location was excellent in the heart of the city center and also the room was super clean with a lot of amenities such as chargers, coffee, tea, yoga mat and so many other small items that made my stay quite convenient. There was also a kind welcome note!
− It was a bit difficult to figure things out at first with the laundry and the gym. The room was a bit small as well.

Pleasant little studio to relax in for a weekend.
10.0The location was key to my stay (central and close to Euston station where I was arriving from). Some 'touristyness' but that wasn't an issue and plenty of local residents as well. Some lovely little restaurants in the area (Sichuanese, Italian, and a nice chippy nearby amongst a few pubs, too). A number of options with several corner shops and even a Waitrose nearby (alongside a smaller Tesco Express).

7.0Un excellent rapport qualité-prix, les chambres sont relativement grandes, l'équipement est complet même si je n'utilise principalement que le frigo. Une situation géographique excellente pour moi, près de la gare St Pancras
− L'accueil n'est pas très chaleureux, ils donnent peu d'explications, avec peu d'empathie. J'estime qu'il devrait faire un peu d'effort et surtout un petit sourire peut faire beaucoup. Je connais l'établissement, je m'y rends souvent lorsque je vais à Londres. J'ai remarqué un vieillissement des installations et une fatigue de la literie. La propreté était correcte mais pas exceptionnelle.
