7.0La ubicación es muy buena y tranquila. El piso necesita una reforma, pero la relación calidad precio es fantástica. Estaba limpio. Las sábanas eran nuevas y las toallas.
− No es agradable tener que relacionarte con IA por WhatsAp para las gestiones del apartamento. El ascensor no funcionaba y los vecinos nos indicaron que es lo normal. Una de las camas individuales hace mucho ruido.

8.0Pues las vistas de la casa al puerto y demás, la zona tranquila , y todo al pie de la mano más cómodas y el sofá también muy cómodo.
− Pues había muchos desperfectos en la cocina, armarios de cocina estropeados, en el baño había también desperfectos. Y en los tiempos en los que vivimos que no hubiera wifi en el apartamento, es un atraso.
