Ausgezeichnete Lage und wundervolle Aussicht von der Terrasse.

− Lärm von feierenden Nachbarn bis spät in die Nacht. Haben dies unserem Vermieter mitgeteilt. Hat sich darum gekümmert. Wurde dann besser.

Tutto, posizione fantastica, appartamento delizioso, con ottimo terrazzino per relax serale. Ampio, pulito, ogni 3 giorni cambiano le dotazioni sia balneari che per il servizio igienico! Ho apprezzato la frutta trovata all'arrivo ed il parcheggio, seppur a pagamento, è comodissimo!

− Avrei dato il parcheggio gratuito perchè non credo sia quello che sposta il guadagno della struttura ma come servizio per la zona è molto importante! Ad ogni modo non vedo altre note negative da evidenziare, tutto davvero speciale.

A very enjoyable stay at Maspalomas Beach Point. Perfect location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is well-equipped and clean. All rooms are air-conditioned, large wardrobe in each bedroom, large terrace with furniture. I highly recommend it.
