10.0It was so difficult to locate the apartment and the host wasn't going out her way to help either. The check in process is not easy compared to a lot of similar accommodations I stayed at, It was like trying to solve a puzzle in the dark ( I checked in after 6pm).The flat was super clean, comfortable,warm and welcoming and I couldn't have wished for a better place. Check out was uneventful with a lack of care from the host. Good customer service goes a long way!

9.0The location was very good - although the address shown on Booking.com is inaccurate. The apartment is 221 Oceana Boulevard, Briton Street. It is not 221 Ocean Boulevard. The kitchen is well-equipped with relevant appliances, crockery, glasses and cutlery, and the necessary ingredients for making tea and coffee were provided, as was some bottled water.
− There was no clearly displayed note of the WiFi password - I had to search for this on the equipment. The car parking space that was made available to me was tricky to locate at first because the numbering of the spaces on the ground have been partly worn away and thus are not so clear to read.
