Der unkomplizierte Zugang, die Ausstattung und der gute Zustand.
− Im 1 Bett Schlafzimmer ist jeden Tag abends/morgens ein ständig wiederholendes 3-4 faches Klopfen zu hören. Es ist Unbekannt was es genau ist. Das ist mit der Zeit Nervig, besonders zum einschlafen.

Gezellig gestyled met leuke meubels. Dichtbij Zutphen en Deventer. Prima slaapkamers en bedden, goed ingerichte keuken. Een gezellige plek. Alles compleet en compact.
− Het was een beetje donker. Er zijn weinig ramen. Nu hadden we ook wel donker en regenachtig weer hoor..

Leuk huisje was oke voor 3 personen in de winter. Zou er niet in de zomer willen zitten, ramen kunnen niet open en weinig mogelijkheid om buiten te kunnen zitten
− Elke nacht wakker gelegen van geluidsoverlast in de omgeving terwijl juist gezocht is op een rustige locatie. Zou om deze reden dan ook niet meer terug gaan.
