Beautiful premium house in the middle of nature. It’s a great place to rest and enjoy. I would aspect thousand of mosquitos but basically there are none. I thinks its thanks to the bats that during the night eat them all. There was also a monkey family just outside the house, that we enjoyed very much watching from the inside.

− Negative: This place has many issues, that the owner should fix because it shouldn’t be rented in this conditions: - the kitchen where they prepare food is moldy and dirty (under the house) - the house kitchen is not working (they partially solve it with an very dirty gas stove - after requested). The kitchen is completely unequipped. We had to ask for basic things like pans and pots, knifes, salt and pepper, etc. You are in the middle of nowhere basically, you will need to cook something at some point. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well, but if you wanna cook something yourself, make sure that they equip the kitchen and that is working. - there is a huge problem with ants in the house: we are in the middle of nature ok, but there are huge colonies of ants walking everywhere. After we came back home, our pillows were full of dead ants. The roof has thousand of ants walking all over the house. The bathtub gets full of ants as well. We got bitten multiple times by ants or spiders during our sleep. It’s not a camping, they could use some insecticide once in a while. - the road to come to the place is terrible for 1/5 of the length. There was heavy rains in the area recently but this doesn’t justify a road full of natural stones spiking out of the terrain. Instead of building more houses it would be good that they fix the road to come to them in the first place. Minor issues: - wifi is not working. They changed it, but it was still not working. It’s a good thing if you came for a retreat and you don’t want to use your phone. If your plan is to do some online work - forget about it. - they give us only 2 towels (one of them completely wet - but clean) We had to request more - the jacuzzi was not ready the first night, the water was clean but cold, they turned it on too late. The third day the water was already smelly - they could use some bleach. - the first day some power outlets were not working. They fixes them the next day.

Amazing place in the jungle

An absolutely amazing place! A luxurious, beautifully designed house right in the middle of the jungle. The surroundings are stunning — lots of wildlife around, and monkeys often visit the terrace, which was such a unique experience. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything you need. There’s a beautiful waterfall nearby where you can swim — highly recommended! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There’s a butler living in the apartment below the house who takes care of everything, and a cook who prepares delicious meals. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and a high standard of comfort, this is the perfect place. Truly unforgettable!

− The house has a bit of an echo, and the sounds of the jungle (and a nearby temple) can make it harder to sleep at times — earplugs might be useful. The internet connection is rather weak, so it’s better to be prepared to disconnect. Also, the access road is suitable only for 4x4 vehicles or tuk-tuks, and the property is quite far from shops, restaurants, and other facilities. That said, this is still a truly special place and absolutely worth visiting!

Really difficult to rate this property because the villa is lovely, very modern, very clean and in a beautiful setting if you want to be remote. The on site staff were really attentive and helpful.

− The villa is extremely.difficult to get to with a regular car. We were not advised of this prior to our visit . The journey to the villa can only really be taken by bike, tuk tuk or 4x4. We were with a driver in a mini van and the journey was quite horrendous and on a couple of occasions a little bit frightening. I don't understand why we weren't advised of this before our visit (we had contact on meal.arrangements with the owner) and a shuttle I.e suitable vehicle, from the main road wasn't available to take us to the villa. Coming back down the next day was only made possible with the help of the on site staff. Unfortunately this spoiled what could have been a lovely stay in a beautiful setting. We also were advised the next day when we left about cash payment only. This is shown on booking.com so my fault but wasn't really explicit so good to know this. Overall this could be a lovely experience if you want to be remote and you are aware of the challenge of the last past of the journey up to Wild Cassia. The owner advised us half way up, when we called to say we didn't believe we should go any further that it got easier - this isn't correct. We really felt the owner could have mitigated all of these issues by being more proactive, our review then would be quite different.

Nice but over priced for the sort facilities available

This villa was totally isolated and it's more like luxury jungle experience, road to the property is very narrow,it was tough drive taking my X5 up & down. Stay was peaceful

− Roads are very narrow and food options are limited no bar

secluded and well designed villa, jungle feeling

− the staff was not available most of the time and difficult to communicate with in english. breakfast was served late despite asking for an early breakfast because we checked out early. breakfast itself very simple, received no coffee or tea. on arrival the jacuzzi was cold and it took till the next morning to warm it to a comfortable temperature.

Everything!! Perfect location for nature lovers, hikers. You can see lots of birds and animal around. Beautiful waterfall is just a couple of hundred meters walking. Owner and the staff is so friendly, helpful and professional. Closer to many other attractions. Certainly a recommended place for a unforgettable stay
