9.0It is such a beautiful peaceful place, with a lovely swimming pool/ spa pool to watch the sunrise. It is close to Cooks Beach, Hahei etc without being in the hustle and bustle. Plus their avocado orchard is lovely. Yummy avocados too.
− A dishwasher would be nice. But so handy to have the rest of the kitchen facilities including a full oven, airfrier and barbecue

A lovely place to stay. The kitchenette needs updating.
7.0Bryce and Kat were incredibly hospitable and generous. Always ready to answer any questions. Situated on an avocado farm it was really peaceful. The pool and hot tub were lovely facilities.
− The crockery cupboards smelt very musty so we felt we needed to wash any dishes etc before using. We kept the cupboards open during our stay so there was always a musty smell
