9.0Erittäin keskeinen sijainti, Kävelyetäisyydellä nähtävyydet, kaupat, ruokapaikka sekä ranta. Asunto oli kokenut muodonmuutosen edellisen (2 vuotta) käynnin jälkeen. Myös kalusteet oli uusittu, eriitäin siistit ja asialliset.
