Clean, comfortable but could do with a review around facility use after check out

Clean and compact with everything we needed. The beds particularly were very comfortable. For the price the decor was to a good spec.

− We had a late flight and though check out was 12, we weren’t allowed to use the pool/showers by the pool. Not a huge deal but we’ve never experienced this before and was a shame to not be able to clean up before our flight.

The 2 receptionists we met at check in and check out date were really polite and helpfull.

הדירה קונה אבל יעילה, נמצאת בבניין שצמוד למלון, מעוצבת נחמד ונקייה. היינו רק שני לילות והיא סיפקה את מה שהיינו צריכים.

− הכל קצת ישן ומתפורר, דורש תחזוקה קצת יותר טובה.

適合帶小孩，一樓有洗衣機可以使用也很方便☺️

客服回覆問題的速度很快，也很快處理了冷氣不冷的問題。

− 主臥房的浴室🛀淋浴水量比較小，這應該是唯一的缺點😅如果能改善會更好。

Simple things could make this better

Overall we feel we got what we paid for, which primarily was a quiet, light, airy place with kitchen/living separated from the bedroom. After checkout, we appreciated that there was also space and wifi access for us to work while we waited for a night flight. The massage business on site is a separate business (like in most hotels), but adds value. We had a very good massage there. There is good signage on the main street so newcomers unfamiliar with the area can be confident they are turning into the correct lane to find the accommodation.

− Communication - we wrote in advance informing about our early arrival and requesting early checkin. No response, but we had paid in full upon booking through booking.com. 24 hour luggage storage service suggested to us 24 hour reception. Clarity about lack of 24 hour reception would have stopped us booking this accommodation. On arrival at 7am, nobody was at reception. Security suggested we wait until 8am. Not great after a long haul flight. We were allowed to checkin at 1pm which was effectively early checkin. In other ways communication also was 'unforthcoming' and not very service oriented, e.g. no "welcome," no info about the facilities, etc. However, when we knew what to ask, the reception staff all had good English to answer. Poorly equipped kitchen - Apart from the microwave and refrigerator, equipment for food prep was extremely limited. Not one knife, exactly 2 spoons and 2 forks. No other utensils. Also very limited crockery. Uncomfortable lounge positioned without clear view to the TV.
