Die Unterkunft war hervorragend ausgestattet und die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

− Im Außenbereich gab es aufgrund der waldnahen Lage vermehrt Wespen und andere Insekten. Außerdem führt die Zufahrt über eine Schotterpiste, was etwas umständlich war.

The huge garden with the pool, furnitures & interior design of the house, the composition of the rooms, the two bathrooms, all the equipment and materials available to cook and to play for the kids. It is a perfect house to spent holidays with a big family.

Luxurious villa - wonderful place to relax and play!

Gorgeous villa in very peaceful location. The house was stunning, newly and tastefully decorated and furnished, and it was exceptionally clean with cool ceramic tiles throughout. All four bedrooms were a good size with large and very comfortable beds. The hosts had thought of everything - plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, and cooking basics. The villa is set in beautiful grounds, with a lovely patio around the swimming pool that was spacious and modern with several places to relax - both in the sun and shade. This is a fun house with novel yacht netting (and bean bags) suspended above the sitting room for an unusual extra place to lounge and play! For little (and big) kids there was also a pool table, darts, table tennis, volleyball, trampoline, and zip wire. There were effective net screens on all windows and doors to keep the bugs outside. There was a dirt track to the property but if you approach from the north west the road is mostly paved. It was only a 10 to 15 min drive into Zadar old town and easier parking was opposite the footbridge in the covered multi-story car park Tifon 112. brigade 1, 23000, Zadar, Croatia. The villa being out of town gave us quick access to the airport, and for driving to hiking trails in the National Parks (Paklenica and Krka) as well as a day trip to Split old town and nearby Klis Fortress.
