Apartament zlokalizowany jest w przepięknej, zielonej okolicy. Parking przy ulicy jest w pełni darmowy i nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca. Dojazd do centrum Berlina komunikacją miejską bardzo sprawny i bezproblemowy. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni, odpisują praktycznie od razu na każde pytanie :)

− Kabina prysznicowa lekko podcieka, ale nie jest to cos co wpływa na ogólną ocenę obiektu.
