8.0Good quite location, tides reach was exceptionally clean, towels and bedding supplied, kitchen well fitted with crockery,cutlery pots pans etc
− Beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on, in the description of tides Reach it states their is a dishwasher and there isn't one

8.0The location, bed was very comfortable, very homely feel, very quiet area,
− Smelt very strongly of paint for 2 days, shower head not very effective, some kitchen items dirty, radiators dusty, would benefit from a towel rail in the bathroom, knob missing from front bedroom light switch, no chairs to sit in the garden in the sunshine although I did find the table, would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom and not just a dvd player
