Buen punto pero ninguna expectativa

− La limpieza y la conservación de piscina y habitación.
No lo recomiendo

− La limpieza un desastre. En el baño no había toallas de mano, shampoo ni nada más. La ducha estaba rota (y mal arreglada con cinta aisladora) y tiraba más agua para el techo que para abajo. La piscina estaba sucia. Un desastre a nivel general.
Quedamos totalmente desconformes
2.0− La habitación no estaba limpia, tenía un frigobar oxidado, no tenía toallas de mano, la cortina del baño se descolgó, no había vasos en la habitación, no pudimos conseguir agua para beber, no tenía disponibilidad de shampoo ni fueron repuestos los jabones en el baño, las lámparas de las mesas de luz solamente una estaba conectada, la otra no tenía posibilidad de ser conectada, no había perchas en el placard, cuando pedimos nos dieron dos perchas.
El hotel tiene todo lo que uno necesita para pasar unos buenos días en Punta le faltaría modernizarse un poco pero sino
