La tranquilidad de la zona, proximidad a la playa, la plaza de parking.
− La lejanía del centro. Hay un paseo largo caminando, aunque hay restaurantes cerca y la playa junto al apartamento es muy buena y poco saturada. La llave de la puerta de entrada al parking no funciona muy bien.
