Excellent location, spatious, very clean.

− Beds are not quite comfortable, water pressure at the bathroom sink is very low, garbage disposal is a bit weird.

This was a value for money property located in the heart of Venice and central to many attractions. Would recommend

Property was clean and very close to St Marks Square and the Vaporetta stations. Accommodation was on the second floor but was serviced by a lift if this didn’t appeal at the end of a long day. Kitchen was well equipped should you wish to cater whilst in Venice

− Property was a little dark because it lacked ceiling lights but overall didn’t affect our stay. The recycling was a little confusing but we managed.

Very helpful staff. We got locked out because we left the key, and it was late at night, and the staff showed up in a timely manner and let us back in. That was very thoughtful and sweet of them. Great location walking distance from San Marco Square. Fancy shops close by. Functional kitchen, two large bedrooms, great living space. elevator in the building. Very helpful for my elderly mother.
