8.0It is central, clean, you have coffee and the needed things for cooking. Beds are quite comfortable and it is quiet. Checking in is easy with a box with a code outside.
− There could be salt and pepper in the kitchen (maybe some cheap oil too?) and shower gel/shampoo in the shower. A little bit of tea or such prompts would be nice. The blinders dont make the rooms dark and that for me is important. The sofa is not very comfortable and no remote control had batteries so we couldnt watch TV or regulate the lamps light. I wrote an email to the owner as suggested and was never answered.

− Sehr unsauber, Möbel teilweise stark abgewohnt, durch den extrem schiefen Fußboden, sollten die Betten nicht mit dem Kopfteil nach unten gestellt werden!! Fensterrahmen waren in den Zimmern sehr ekelig dreckig 😣

9.0Гарне розташування, квартира чудова, велика, вмістка. Затишно)) є посуд, що великий +, техніка : чайник, тостер, кофемашина, пральна машина.
− Відсутність паркувального майданчика, недостатня кількість розеток. В маленькій спальні лиш одна розетка, це або обігрівач, або нічник, або телефон. Непрацюючий пульт від телевізора.
