− Pessima esperienza. Non abbiamo potuto beneficiare del soggiorno (prenotato con largo anticipo e con pagamento anticipato). Eravamo in quattro e saremmo dovuti soggiornare la notte del 19 Luglio. Abbiamo atteso davani all'ingresso dalle 16.30 alle 20.00 per fare il check in. Nessuno ci ha dato indicazioni , nessuno si è presentato; nessuno si è reso disponibile telefonicamente; i 2 numeri di telefono presenti sulla pagina booking dapprima squillavano , poi sono diventati irraggiungibili. Solo alle 19.30 uno dei 2 numeri mi ha scritto un whats'up dicendo che era in montagna , che lui si occupava solo della gestione della pagina internet e che riceveva le telefonate per sbaglio e che non poteva aiutarmi. Solo il giorno successivo (chiamando con il numero anonimo) l'host mi ha risposto dicendomi che aveva avuto un contrattempo. Weekend rovinato.
