Location très bien située, pratique pour y passer quelques nuits.
7.0Maison de village très bien située à 100 mètres du lac Majeur et des restaurants. A proximité il y a un petit supermarché à 2 minutes à pied où nous avons garé la voiture (parking gratuit). Bon équipement électroménager: frigo-congélateur, machine à laver le linge, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, bouilloire et cafetières à l'italienne. La gazinière est ancienne mais fonctionne bien. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le four. Il y a 2 étendoirs avec pinces à linge que l'on peut mettre sur le balcon du 2ème étage (pas de corbeille à linge).Beaucoup de vaisselle et de casseroles, poêles mais peu de couvercles de grande taille.
− La maison est fonctionnelle, deco des années 80, mais devrait être équipée de cadres moustiquaires aux fenêtres pour pouvoir aérer quand la température est à 35°C et éviter la forte odeur d'humidité. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la 3ème chambre qui se trouve sous la terrasse, au rdc dans la cour intérieure: elle sentait trop mauvais. Il nous a manqué un verrou à la porte des WC/ salle de bain qui ne sont pas séparés. Un ventilateur au plafond de la salle à manger et un micro-ondes seraient un énorme plus. Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la TV: pas de chaînes reconnues par la box internet.
