9.0Location was absolutely perfect for transfer from /to airport
− Actually every things was quite good but in case you’re older or have disabilities the stairs could be challenging ( there’s no lift available for first floor) it was no matter for me at all

9.0Very convenient location and the host is extreamly friendly (compared to the normal Istanbul residents).
− We liked the place. A mirror in tge room and a microwave in the kitchen could improve the value of the place. Canpi cafe was under renovations when e stayed but once it is opened, it will be much better.
This is our fist ever low-scoring and but we are really disappointed!
2.0* The apartment was clean on arrival. * The host was responsive to messages (though follow-through was questionable).
− • On arrival, no baby crib was provided for our infant despite being confirmed in advance; we were told it was broken by the previous guest, forcing us to co-sleep after a long international flight — very stressful and unsafe. • Cockroaches in the building. • Kitchen extremely poorly equipped — only butter knives and a heavily scratched Teflon pan. • Dishwasher repeatedly tripped the fuse, turning the fridge off. We lost a significant amount of groceries. The host promised reimbursement but never followed through. • Renovations in the building made access with a pram very difficult — not disclosed before booking. • Offered a “free night stay” or late check-out as compensation, then ignored our refusal and acted as if the issue was resolved. • Overall, unreliable promises and lack of genuine resolution to problems. • Host said they would bring an extension cord for the fridge but never did. Summary: While the apartment was clean and the host was quick to respond, the lack of honesty, poor facilities, and unresolved issues made our stay uncomfortable and stressful. I would not recommend this property, especially for families traveling with young children.
