Location, it was clean, the layout was nice. Very comfortable beds. Nicely decorated. And a fabulous welcome. Take away opposite. Excellent location for the Menin Gate

Beautiful modern appartment. Really spacious. Even air-conditioning in living areas and bedrooms. Superb location. 10 mins walk to centre. Free secure parking 5 mins walk away. Ideal for our 3 night visit to beautiful Ieper.

Very modern & comfortable property. Excellent location, easy check in and was welcomed by the owner who gave us all information that we needed. Parking also a huge bonus.

Exceptional high quality accommodation in a safe area very quiet but close to all sites

Lovely spacious accommodation suitable for 4 adults although here was only the 2 of us I would say more like a little house adjacent to the other apartments in a gated courtyard. Decorated and furnished to a high standard. Host was very courteous and welcoming helped us with recommendation of a garage for a tyre puncture on our car and went through all the details of the accommodation.. Short walk to all main sites in the town. Useful information folder. Secure parking only a few minutes walk away with security electronic gate and CCTV for security. Parking is available in the road outside with blue permit useful for loading and unloading. Our first visit to Ypres and it certainly impressed so clean, hospitable and very safe with lots to see and do we would love to return.
